Hang gliders and bobcats!

Our falcons spent much of their flying time this week at cloudbase, buoyed up by spring thermals. While waiting for them on the cliffs and watching whales and dolphins frolic near the beach, I caught a couple pics of the legendary John Heiney soaring over La Jolla Shores in a classic hang glider. Meanwhile at home I finally caught my backyard bobcat out in daylight, guarding our shared realm from squirrels and rats. Looks like spring is finally here so hoping for a more regular schedule for our Falconry Experiences in La Jolla.
